Shipping Policy

 

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Per order is valid for 1 ctn only. Please separate your order if you widh to purchase more than 1 ctn.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 012 7076411.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery through our shipping provider’s website.

8. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within Malaysia.

10. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 4.00pm on Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4.00pm or on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.

11. Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like to receive your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

12. Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

13. Change of Address

We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

14. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after 1 attempt, your package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

15. Lost or Stolen Packages

FG Walet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

16. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The terms and conditions for free shipping will be outlined on our website and may be subject to change.
